SHIPPING POLICY — WAAI (We Are All Immigrants)
Processing Time All WAAI products are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and shipping method selected. Printful ships from fulfillment centers in the USA, Mexico, Europe, and Canada, so your order will ship from the facility closest to you.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfillment center. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. WAAI has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email]. We will open an inquiry with Printful on your behalf. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with Printful to send a free replacement.
Order Cancellations Since all products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
